ARS is introducing data entry and data quality standards as part of the Vista Project.
Most of these standards can be applied today to our existing computer systems in the field.
Click on the link below to see the details on how we want to capture important customer
information in a way that is consistent and compatible with US Postal Service standards.
Eventually, ARS will be offering a certified CSR program, and this topic will be one of several areas that will be included.
